Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or placing an order through Dede's African Kitchen, you agree to these terms.

Accounts

You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Vendor accounts are issued directly by us and are not available through public sign-up.

Orders & Payment

Placing an order is a request to purchase the listed items at the listed price. Orders may be declined or cancelled if items are unavailable. Prices shown do not include applicable taxes or delivery fees unless stated otherwise.

Cancellations & Refunds

Contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or report an issue with an order. Refund eligibility depends on the order status at the time of the request.

Acceptable Use

Don't misuse the ordering system, attempt to access accounts that aren't yours, or interfere with the normal operation of the service.

Limitation of Liability

Dede's African Kitchen is provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we aren't liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from use of the service.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the province in which the restaurant operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Dede's African Kitchen after changes means you accept the updated terms.
